How much does delivery cost?
As part of our low price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders across USA. Regardless of the size of your print, the size of your order and the material selected. No catches and no hidden costs.
And we don't charge more if you live in a regional area - you get free shipping just like our metro-loving friends.
Where do you ship?
We ship (nearly) anywhere in the United States.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 5-15 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live.
What if my print is damaged in transit?
Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@artbyearth.com
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
